The Woodcreek hike-and-bike trails extend for miles
around all the cherished neighborhoods and offer
multiple access points throughout the community.

The paved trails encourage residents to get outdoors to
enjoy the natural beauty of country living offered at
Woodcreek.

Sports Fields and Parks
Green space is abundant at Woodcreek.
The oversized sports fields are located near
the Amenity Center and the Community Lake
at the entrance of the community and are
ideal for any athletic events.

Several additional parks and playgrounds with
slides and swings are also located throughout
the community for young ones to enjoy.

Amenity Center & Clubhouse
Woodcreek residents have the benefit of utilizing the fine
Hill-country style amenity center and clubhouse which is
complete with an oversized gourmet kitchen, media and
conference room with surround sound and flat screen TV’s,
vaulted ceilings, gathering spaces with comfortable couches,
a warm fireplace and more! The amenity center is ideal for
entertaining guests, such as a family reunion or gathering
with neighbors, friends or co-workers.

The amenity center club house is available to members for
private parties by reservation.

Residents also enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness facility,
complete with a near by children’s play area to keep the
little ones occupied. The fitness facility includes several
treadmills and stationary bikes, televisions and weight
machines for a complete total body workout.

Swimming Pool
For some fun in the sun, Woodcreek offers a huge
Jr.-sized Olympic swimming pool for children and
adults, an exciting children’s splash water play-
ground with fountains, outdoor sunbathing,
and dining patios!

Perfect place to cool down during those hot summer
afternoons with family and friends.

Woodcreek Pond
The Woodcreek pond, located at the main entrance and
amenity center is a favorite to many residents.

Home to bass fish and catfish, neighbors take pleasure in
relaxing at the pond with family and friends as well as
watching the ducks cross the lake.

Lake Ray Hubbard
One of the best sailing and fishing lakes in Texas is located
within minutes of Woodcreek! The 22,745 acre body of water
is home to catfish, crappie, and several varieties of bass fish.
The refreshing 40 foot deep lake is especially nice in the
summer. The nearby town of Rockwall hosts many summer
concerts near the lake! Other seasonal activities include
scenic trails, picnicking and camping.
